This is a Schrade Cut. Co. "Kentucky Whittler", a commerative knife from 1976.  It is in like new, unused condition.  This is a true split back whittler with a sabre ground main clip blade.  The handles are immitation smooth bone delrin.  The grooved bolsters and shield are nickel silver, liners are brass.  All blades open and close properly with good snap and no blade play.  This knife would make an excellent EDC or a fine additon to any collection.   It's priced to sell.
