​Up for sale is a vintage Schrade USA 12OT Pal single-blade pocket knife, complete with its original factory wood-grain box and care instructions insert. Proudly manufactured in Ellenville, New York, the 12OT Pal is a highly sought-after, ultra-slim single-blade slipjoint folder perfect for light pocket carry.

​This knife is in pretty good condition, retaining its complete factory assembly and original packaging.

​Condition Report:

​The Blade: The original carbon steel clip point blade shows light surface scratching and a bright profile. Please note that the blade edge has been aggressively sharpened about halfway down the length of the knife towards the tip. The ricasso features the crisp, straight block "SCHRADE / USA 12OT" tang stamp.

​The Handle & Hardware: The sawcut brown Delrin handle scales are tightly pinned and feature the silver "OLD TIMER" shield. Please note that the assembly pin on the bottom bolster looks to have been drilled out/modified (clearly shown in the macro bolster photos). The bolsters show typical minor handling rubs.

​The Mechanism: The single clip blade operates cleanly with strong spring tension and retains a good, positive snap on opening and closing.

​The Packaging: Includes the original vintage Schrade wood-grain cardboard box and paper care pamphlet. The box is structurally intact with an original vintage retail price sticker on the top face.
