This knife is in really good shape, the blade swings out at the push of the button. Once in while it bounces back about\ a quarter of inch.  The clip blade is 3-3/8” tip to tang, with an over all length of 7-3/8” when fully opened. It’s got the Schrade Walden Ny. U.S.A. tang stamp. With smooth celluloid red handles, nickel bolsters, nickel swing guards, and brass liners. Also the blade lock engages properly to keep the blade from collapsing on your hand. The blade has a good snap when closing and solid click when opening. You don’t see many of these knives around now days.
