Presto, George Schrade “Brain Wormgroove” Plastic Handles

This knife looks like it’s been carried a couple times. The blade is 4-1/8” tip to tang, with an over all length of 8-3/4” when fully opened. The tang stamp on the clip blade is Presto Pat. Jan.30-40 Made in the USA. With Geo. Schrade Knife Co. B’port. Conn. On the reverse stamp. The wormgroove plastic scales are pretty neat with no cracks around pins and buttons. Steel bolsters & liners. The blade opens pretty fast and locks in. I opened it about 20 times and it locked in every time. The button is a little harder to push than most, but that’s it. Maybe a little lube applied around it might help. The safety locks the blade perfectly. This is a very good example of a rare and great knife. This would be a good one to set back and display it in your collection.
