This is one of the most beautiful sought after Randall Stag Hunter #3-6 SS/NSSG/ Aluminum & Black Spacers/Compass & Finger Grip. 
I love Randall's as much as my husband loves Case knives. That said, we have been thinning out our collection, and I decided it was time to let this beautiful knife go to a new home. We bought it in 2003; however, I do not know when it was actually made. 
Gosh, I love everything about this knife. The finger grips are just perfect as with all Randall's but add the compass to the knife, and you have the whole package. For me though, it is the stag! 
This was a custom ordered Model 3. The Classic Hunter has a long history of being Randalls most popular Hunting Model. Adding the beautiful custom touches as this knife has, you will be every Hunter's envy in the camp. This knife features a 6" blade of 1/4inch Stainless steel stock. It also has the Single Guard of Nickel Silver and custom order Aluminum and Black spacers. That said, the best aspect of this knife is the Thick Aged Stag handles. I tried to show with the photos just how gorgeous this stag is. It is very rare to find one that looks like this. The handle is approx 4 1/2" long and has beautiful finger grips that make the handle feel great in your hand. The end of the stag handle is the leather weaved lanyard and inside the butt of the handle is a Randall Compass. Take a look at the gnarly grain of the aged stag and the flowing lines of the blade; just beautiful. The knife is mint and comes complete with a Mint Brown Stitch Model A Sheath with Salmon Colored stone. A rare knife for the Randall collector to have.
