ADDITIONAL INFO:   This Schrade pattern, the 194OT also known as the gunstock trapper with a lock blade (liner lock). Was introduced in 1976 and produced until 2004 when Schrade stopped making knives entirely. That tells me that this might knife must have been quite popular to remain in production for 38 years. It is also a pattern I like to work on because they really dress up nicely and make an easy to carry knife little lots of cutting power.

It’s a great blade with a nice liner lock so that it doesn’t close while you are using the knife. I am fond of this pattern and have a couple I carry and use when the occasion calls for it.
