This Imperial Easy Open Jack is in used condition.  The carbon steel blades are pretty full and open and close with good snap and no blade play. The solid bolsters are steel. The Rogers Bone handles have had some rough treatment.  Someone has scratched the letter V into the mark side handle and there is a hairline crack as well as repairs to the pile side slab.  (Please see photos)  Knife measures approximately 3 3/8 inches closed.  This would make a great EDC.  You can pick up this vintage USA made knife for about what Rough Riders are selling for.
