This is an official Boy Scout knife made by Imperial Knife Co. c. 1949-1955 according to Ed Holbrook's book "Official Scout Blades".   Knife is used but still has a full spear blade.  All blades/implements open and close properly with good snap.  Handles are jigged composite.  Shield is nickel silver.  This is a solid old scout that will fit right in to your collection or into your pocket.
