This an official Boy Scout knife produced by Imperial Knife Company.  It has jigged composite black handles and solid nickel silver bolsters.  All blades/implements open and close with good snap and no wobble.  This one has some serious patina but doesn't appear to have been heavily used.  The spear blade is full or very nearly full.  Ed Holbrook's book shows this knife was produced c. 1955-1958.
