ADDITIONAL INFO:      This knife appears on page 61 of Mike Silvey’s book; Pocket Knives of the United States Military. Mike says this knife was probably made for the Army air Corps. This knife is the same as the one Mike shows in his book except that the bail has been removed on this knife. Whoever removed the bail did a very good job and did not cause extensive damage to the knife.
