ADDITIONAL INFO:      The 55OTG was only listed in the Schrade catalogs in 2002 and 2003. The blades are chiseled ground, like a chisel there only sharpened on one side and if you do it right that edge is extremely sharp, like a good chisel. There were two blade lifters, the 55OTG and the smaller 53OTG. They did not seem to be exceptionally popular because a lot of people don’t know what to do with a chisel ground blade but if you work with leather or wood they are an excellent tool!
