ADDITIONAL INFO:    There were several knives in the Frontier Diamondbrite series, the P-I is the smallest in the series. There were four lockbacks and two slip joints in the Diamondbrite series. Diamondbrite ^TM is the trademark name of the high carbon stainless steel used for this blade. The steel is hardened to Rockwell 57-59 C. This series was introduced about 1982 and catalog pages show it was still listed in 1984. Because of the short lifespan of this series it is no wonder they are not more evident in the marketplace. This knife is in the original box, covered by the sleeve. The top of the inner box lifts up to actually display the knife. A nice display piece for any lockback collection!
