ADDITIONAL INFO: This smaller (3-3/8”) five blade Scout knife was introduced around 1963. It was made with wooden handles, simulated wood handles, white plastic handles and jigged Delrin. (Thank you to Philco for the information, I am not a Scout knife collector). I like the smaller size of this one as opposed to the full size 3-3/4”, which makes a pretty big lump in my pocket. The 3/8” in length, the proportionately narrower width and the lack of a lanyard loop make this one of the most pocket friendly official scout knives I have ever seen. A nice example for a collection, to EDC or give to a Boy Scout.
