ADDITIONAL INFO: The Safe-T-Grip handles are superb! I have two or three of the Old Timer filet knives with the Safe-T-Grip and I love them because they give you such a good grip even when your hands are covered with fish slime! My wife loves them also because of the handle and the blades. She filleted fish professionally for a number of years and is very fond of the steel and the handles of these knives. Most of these had green Safe-T-Grip handles but there were a few black ones also and some very rare blue ones. I am putting in my store one 141OT with the green Safe-T-Grip handle in one with the black handle. Of course the Schrade+ steel is excellent! Add this to your collection or your hunting kit, either way will the will served by this outstanding old American made knife!
