This is a very lightly used official Imperial Boy Scout knife.  It has jigged black composite handles, solid nickel silver bolsters, and the metal badge shield.  All blades/implements open and  close properly with no wobble.  Knife does not appear to have ever been resharpened and still has faint hints of the original blade etch.  Ed Holbrook's book shows this knife produced c.1949-1955.
