Beautiful Imperial Hammer Brand Toothpick Switchblade Knife. 

This is the version with Hammer Brand on the front tang. It has patent #'s on the backside tang. The handle scales are Candystripe Celluloid and it has Brass Liners.

- There are patina spots on the blade. The blade looks lightly cleaned and is slightly off center when closed. There's are light scuffs and scratches on the handle and scales. I don't see any other condition issues. See the pictures as they represent the condition accurately. 

- Fires stong and locks up most the time. There's a little bit of blade play when open. It is a button open/button close function and has a working safety. 

- The total length with the blade open is 7.5 inches, the blade is 3 inches. 

- Knife only.
