Hammer Brand Toothpick Blue Green 1950a
Hammer Brand toothpick style switchblade made in Providence, RI in the 1950s. This knife measures 7 5/8 inches open length. Has brass liners and finger guards. Read this configuration is the model # JM-90_PBC. Scales are in Blue Pearl Green swirl celluloid and in beautiful condition without cracks, chips or shrinkage. There is a little plating wear around the finger guards. Blade is nice and full. I see some use scratches but no signs of sharpening. Fires beautiful with good lock up. There is a little bit of wobble but much better than most of these. Safety works. Overall a beautiful vintage pre-ban knife.
