Battle Axe Limited Ed Bonnie & Clyde Matching 2-Lockback Folding Knife Set w/Jigged Stag Scales SN#028 Germany -- RARE!!!

Never Carried/Used/Sharpened/Polished/Cleaned -- Please see photos for size and condition. There are some carbons spots and some pitting on the back bolster of each knife.

Very rare lockback set made by Battle Axe sometime in the mid-1970s. Handles feature red bone handles. The blade of each is etched with exquisite gold painted scroll detail enhancing the beauty of this amazing set. The Bonnie knife reads: BONNIE PARKER 1910 – 1934. The Clyde knife reads: CLYDE BARROW 1909 – 1934. Both knives are stamped Hickey & Shouse GERMANY on the rear of the master blade tang and Battle-Axe Brand. on the front tang. Huge 8 5/16” knives when opened. Serial number 028 stamped on back of both blades. Only 400 sets made. Comes in metal black alligator skin embossed leatherette clamshell case with Battle Axe logo in silver on top and white satin lining.
