This is a Coleman brand Seki Japan made stockman.  Coleman contracted to have these made in the early 1990's, from the best information I can gather.  Not certain who made these back then in Seki Japan, but they did an excellent job.  Later Coleman moved production to China.  I've handled about 3 dozen of these over the years and all were done with the same precision and great fit and finish.  This is a sowbelly stockman with deep blue jigged bone handles that are chip and crack free.  The AUS-6 stainless steel blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges.  Good snap and no wobble or play.  Measures 4 1/4" closed OAL.  Comes with the original box.  Free shipping within the USA.
