This is a Hiro G2 lockback made in Seki Japan by one of Japan's premier master craftsmen Master Masui who started making knives in 1960.  This is a well known design that was made in the early 1990's.  This knife really showcases the high quality of Seki made knives.  The run up, where the blade and backspring meet, is super tight to the point that it's hard to see where the blade ends and the backspring begins.  The stainless steel blade has not been used or resharpened and retains its factory edge.  The handles are beautiful wood that is chip and crack free.  The checkered grip gives this knife good grip and control.  Measures 4" closed OAL.  Locks up nice and tight with easy release.
