Gutmann Cut. Co. 1950's Mint Hunting Knife With Original Sheath Magnetic Blade See Photo 6 3/4" O
A special knife. Over 70 years old and in mint, mirror polished condition. Made in Germany for Gutmann Cutlery Co. Kurt Gutmann was a design engineer by trade who took over the distribution of Puma knives in 1957. He contracted with many German companies to make his Edge Brand knives.
Just under 7", brass quillions, stag handle, nutted full tang. The blade is etched surgical styeel hardened and tempered and is half serrated. Tang stamped G.C. Co. Solingen Germany and Magnetic 350.
