Rare Antique Pistol Switchblade Knife, Made In Germany By Omega Globe Cutlery Co. Very cool smaller switchblade made in the shape of a pistol. The mechanism is the same one used by makers in Italy, Spain and France in the 60's and later. 

I found a reference to one very similar in my research. It was described as Joseph Feist -Omega -, Solingen, Germany and made sometime between 1889-1933. The connection is the Omega name and logo. I believe it was the same maker as the one I have listed.

- It's been carried, used and sharpened. There is patina, scuffs, scratches and wear on the entire knife. See the pictures as they represent the condition accurately.

- Trigger releases the blade. It folds open from the top of the handle. The blade does not lock open by desing. To close, the blade folds into the top, squizzing the trigger pulls the hammer back that locks the blade closed. The knife functions great. 

- Approximately 5.5 inch total length and 2 inch blade. 

- Includes pistol switchblade only.
