The blade on this fires right out and locks with minimal wobble. Safety Works. Used ,and blade has been sharpened and has sharpening marks on both sides. Peaks when closed as shown in photos. About 8 1/2" long when open and 4 3/4" when closed. Handles are good on both sides.
