This is a lockback made in Seki Japan by a company called IC Cut.  IC Cut owns brand names such as HIRO and employes master cutlers just like Moki and Mcusta.  This lockback has some very elegant looking mother or pearl handles that are chip and crack free.  The blade is most likely stainless steel and has not been used or resharpened and retains it's factory edge.  The back tang is stamped Hand made by Dam.  I've checked with my friend Jemmy at JKD and he doesn't know who Dam is referring to, sorry I can't provide that information.  Measures 3 1/4" closed OAL.  Locks up tight with a nice "click" and easy release.
