These Kabar knives were purchased from a Kabar Collector's Club member's estate.  The club member kept most of the boxes or display cases and stored the knives in the boxes.  I have cleaned off any oxidation, oiled and Ren Waxed each knife before photographing, so you are able to see what the "true knife" looks like   There are 60 different Kabar Collector's Club knives in this collection.

This Kabar "Whaler" knife was made in 1989.  The handles are chip and crack free smooth white bone.  The blade has not been used or resharpened and retains it's factory edge.  Brass bolsters, pins and bail.  Measures 4 1/4" closed OAL.  Good snap and no wobble or play. Comes with the original box.  This would be a great one to have scrimshawed.  Free shipping within the USA.
