Ka-bar 1209 USA Vintage Fixed Blade Fighting Knife In Very Good Used Condition. I Am Not An Expert On These Older Knives But Seems To Be A Lot of On Line Info That Says These Were 1960-2970 Vietnam Era Knives. This One Looks Like It Has a Parkerized Blade. Cutting Edge Is In Great Condition With Very Light Sharpening If Any(?). Blade Is 6" Long. Overall Knife Is 11 1/8" Long. Double Finger Guard And Pommel Are Tight. Close Up Photos Will Show That Both Sides of Handle Has A Crack or The Glue Joints Have Separated(?). Small Amount of Looseness In Handle But Cracks Needs To Be Stabilized. Top of 1 Brass Pin Is Missing See Photo. Black Leather Sheath Shows Age But Still In Good Condition. Snap Works. Looks Like A Hole Near Tip But Just A Fold. This Sheath Looks The Same As The 1209 Ka- bars On Line. Fits Knife Well. Looks Like Pommel And Finger Guard Were Also Parkerized. Pre-owned. Came From A Private Collection.
