These Kabar knives were purchased from a Kabar Collector's Club member's estate.  The club member kept most of the boxes or display cases and stored the knives in the boxes.  I have cleaned off any oxidation, oiled and Ren Waxed each knife before photographing, so you are able to see what the "true knife" looks like   There are 60 different Kabar Collector's Club knives in this collection.

This Kabar knife was made in 1982.  The Sambar stag handles are beautiful.  There are some cracks.  On the bottom left pin there are a couple of cracks they only go half way through.  Another slight crack is down on the stag at the bottom of the release.  Another small crack on the spine, see pictures.  All the cracks are minor and look stable.  There is also discoloration from the brass pins and the brass liners, that's the green color you see on the stag.  The blade has not been used or resharpened and retains it's factory edge.  Solid lock up and fairly easy release.  Measures 4 5/8" closed OAL.  Comes with the box pictured.  Free shipping within the USA.  Priced with the defects in mind.
