Coleman Seki Japan Made Blue Jigged Bone 3 Blade Sowbelly
This is a Coleman brand Seki Japan made 3 blade Sowbelly made in 1990 by some of Japan's finest craftsmen. This knife features blue jigged bone handles that are chip and crack free. Blades are made of AUS-6 stainless steel and have never been used or sharpened. Nickle silver bolsters w/ brass pins and liners. Mirror polish on the backsprings and the main blade is marked "First Production Run". The only flaw is a slight unevenness on the brass liner next to the backsprings, it simply sits just a micron lower that the rest of the surface, see photo. There were only 1000 of each pattern and handle material produced in Japan in 1990 and then no more. Later Coleman moved production to China. No box, free shipping within the USA.
