Ka-Bar 1240 knives were only produced from 1978 – 1980. This Drop Point Hunter Blade is flat ground which provides a smooth cutting surface for skinning and general purpose use. This would make a perfect carry knife for someone wanting a knife unlike everyone else’s with good steel, sheath and made in USA by a respected manufacturer. It’s a Ka-Bar!
