Canal Street Cutlery was established in Ellenville, New York in 2006 by former Schrade craftsmen, carrying on one of America’s most respected knife-making traditions. Though the company had a relatively short production life, their knives are increasingly collectible due to limited output and strong build quality.

The 440C stainless blade offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability, while the drop point design remains one of the most practical and widely preferred patterns for hunting use.
