This Chef’s knife was hand made in Arizona by me, using 1095 carbon steel. The knife has been heat treated and tempered. Handles for this knife are walnut, and it has been pinned all the way through with copper pins. Total length is 11 1/2 inches and the blade length is 7 inches. Width is 1 3/4 inches where the blade meets the handle. Knife weighs just 5 ounces so it feels light in the hand. I list all my knives as unused with imperfections as they are hand made and I would never claim them to be perfect…..they’re made to be used.
