This is a classic old school bone handled official Boy Scout knife made by Ulster Knife Co. during the Dwight Devine era.  Knife is used but still has a full master spear blade. All blades/implements open and close properly with good snap.  There is a hairline center pin crack on the pile side handle.  This knife has milled liners, grooved bolsters, nickel silver heraldic Boy Scout shield and the main blade is swedged.  That's a lot of features packed into one great American made piece of history.  According to Ed Holbrook's book, this knife was produced from c. 1927-1940.
