One vintage  used ULSTER 4BLADE BOY SCOUT KNIFE.HAS RUST AND PATINA On blades  large blade has a small chip in blade. The handles are all good the key ring is missing .  Ulster Boy Scout multi-tool pocket knife , a classic four-blade "scout pattern" design manufactured in the USA.
