Rare Miniature Switchblade Knife, Ebony Wood Scale, Original Keychain, Italy. 

Great vintage Mini Switchblade with rare Ebony Wood scales. The 4 pins on the front scale and tang mark, an INOX with a swedge off the N, date the knife to the 1990's time period. The newer Italian mini switchblades, still being made today, have 3 pins through the front scale. The older 4 pin style are no longer made. 

This knife came from an old cutlery shop in Italy that recently closed down. I was able to get ahold of several rare keychain size knives through one of my collector contacts in Italy. I've only seen a handful of these mini's with ebony scales previously.

- The knife is unused. There's a crack at one pin that is pictured. I don't see any condition issues. See the pictures as they represent the condition accurately. 

- Functions great, fires strong and locks up well. The knife is a picklock design. 

- 2.75 inch total length, 1.125 inch blade.
