This is a very gently used (if at all) official Boy Scout knife made by Ulster USA.  This model was produced from c.1962-1979.  Blade is full and appears to retain the original factory edge.  All blades/implements open and close properly with good snap and no wobble, and they all have patina as snown in the attached photos.  The jigge delrin handles are chip and crack free.  This would make a fine addition to any vintage scout knife collection or a reliable companion for your outdoor adventures.
