This is a great little Uster Knife Co. stamped split back whittler.  It's has beautiful faux tortise shell handles.  Knife is in good used condition.  All blades open and close properly with good snap and no wobble.  It measures approximately 3 1/4 inches closed.  The main blade is nicely swedged and features a long pull.  The old school craftsmanship is obvious when you have it in hand.  It will make a great addition to any vintage knife collection.
