Bought a few of these like 10 or so years ago to give as Christmas gifts and this one was never given. Kit is complete, never opened, but the adhesive for the seal was so cheap it dried up and fell off. I immediately put in ziplock bag to make sure nothing got lost. Black handles. Assembled OAL is 4" and here is the pro tip to make the assembly MUCH easier- cut a strip of paper and with a safety pin poke a hole near edge of paper strip. Place screw in hole and use to help place where needed then once screw is started, pull paper strip tearing away then tighten screw.  MUCH easier than fat fingers or tweezers trying to assemble this kit.
