This is a Paragon folding hunter designed by Blackie Collins.  Made in Seki Japan by some of Japan's finest craftsmen. This is the black Micarta version that is harder to find.  The handles are some very dark and rich looking black Micarta that is chip and crack free, however there is a scratch on the back scale, see the 5th photo. The stainless steel blade has not been used or resharpened and retains it's factory edge.  The razor sharp blade can be easily opened with one hand.  Stainless pins and liners with no brass on this knife.  Centers well. Locks up tight with no wobble or play.  The "run up", where the blade and back spring meet, is tight, see photos.  Unlocks easily.  Measures 4 1/2" closed OAL.  No box, but I will include a zippered storage pouch.  Free shipping within the USA.
