This is a Henckels whittler made by Boker for Henckels in Solingen Germany. When Henckels stopped making their own pocketknives in 1975, they contracted with Boker to make them for them.  They required higher attention to detail and premium handle materials and this is a good example of that.  The handles are premium stag that is chip and crack free.  The dark bark is very rich and covers most of the handles.  The stainless steel blades have not been used or resharpened and retain their factory edges. The backsprings are tappered to apply pressure from two springs onto the main blade to give it more tension to keep it open.  Measures 3 1/2" closed OAL.  Good snap and no wobble or play.  Comes with the original box.  Free shipping within the USA.
