Very large Joseph Rodgers stag knife. Dates about 1895-1910 , 5 1/2" long closed.Sheapfoot style blade has grind marks and scratches, blade does not have any snap closing, has very light snap opening.Has Star and Maltese cross on the rear tang.Iron bolsters and liners.Stag handles withseveral cracks and a chip by the barehead pin, crack runs up the middle and meets a crack at the center pin, the stag moves if pushed, nice long grain on the back stag, has 3/4" long chip and small cracks at cen ter and top pin,I try to show as detailed photos of the cracks I can.Has a few issues ,but how many knives like this do you see.
