A beautiful Parker-Edwards fixed blade knife. The model number is A 1392. It is marked Parker-Edwards Jacksonville, AL and has the Parker-Edwards Eagle trademark. The other side of the blade is marked A 1392. Stainless steel blade with hollow grind and polished satin finish, nickel silver bolster and brass pins. The knife comes with a used tan leather sheath. This info about Parker-Edwards came from a Blade Forums member: "Parker-Edwards was a short lived ('84-'86?) partnership between knifemaker Fain Edwards and Jim Parker ...probably more famous for making commercial damascus steel, than their knives. Edwards sold out to Parker in '86...and the entity eventually morphed into Bear MGC".
