Taylor Cutlery "The Plains Series" Limited Edition Matched 2-Knife Set Japan SN#1641

BEAUTIFUL -- Made in Japan in 1979 for Taylor Cutlery Clasp and Large Gunstock set. “THE PLAINS SERIES” #1641 commissioned by Taylor Cutlery of Kingsport, Tenn. One knife features engraved Buffalo and Indians on it, second knife has engraved Quail, Grouse or Partridge. Elk horn stag handles. 9” open; 5” closed. The front tangs on both knives are stamped ELK HORN over SURGICAL 1979. The back tangs are stamped TAYLOR CUTLERY over KINGSPORT, TENN.
