RARE Parker-Frost Kissing Crane/Robert Klaas KENTUCKY-TENNESSEE Series Lockback Knives. Made in 1978. Limited edition 1/1000.

FIRST KNIFE: Color etched blade with a Thoroughbred and Jockey, also has "KENTUCKY THOROUGHBRED" etched on blade.

SECOND KNIFE: Color etched blade with a Tennessee Walking Horse and Jockey, also has "TENNESSEE WALKING" etched on blade.

Serial number "0294" stamped on bolsters. Stag scales, nickel silver bolsters and pins. Front of each tang is stamped with "Parker-Frost" and the Parker logo. The opposite side of the tang is stamped with "Stainless", the Kissing Crane logo and "Solingen Germany". The short lived partnership of Parker-Frost, with the flying eagle and country of origin tang stamp, lasted for only about 2 years, from 1976 to 1978. Knives measure 5" closed. Includes original worn storage display case and sleeve.
