Parker Imai Large Folder 5" Closed Seki japan Burnt Bone Handles Brass bolsters Close To Mint
Jim Parker and Seizo Imai colaborated in making Parker-Imai knives in Seiki Japan from the early 70s to the mid 80s. Both men have since passed away. This one dates to the late 70s, 5" closed and made in the Buck 110 tradition.Brass frame with slant bolsters. Four brass pins hold down the just under 3/8" burnt bone handles. Model K-139, It appears mint but shows signs, under close inspection, of being used to cut boxes and othe rpaper products. Locks up tight, no movement, has a tail lock. A very large folder
