Rare vintage Parker Cut. Co. Lockback knife made in Japan in the 1980's. Features mirror polished clip point blade etched with "We the People". Black die-cast scales feature inlaid metal casting of an Eagle furled in the flag on one side and a drawing of Philadelphia's Independence Hall on the reverse. Comes in the original two-piece box.
