J. A. Schmidt Pre-1960 Coca Cola Advertising Knife Set Germany

This is a vintage set of Coca-Cola advertising pocket knives. The knives were made prior to 1960 by J. A. Schmidt & Sons in Soehne, Solingen, Germany. The knives come in a cardboard and glass display case along with this tag: "We certifiy that these Coca Cola knives were made prior to 1960 by J. A. Schmidt & Sons Solginen Germany. This company made high quality knives starting in 1829. Parkers' Knife Collector Service". The center knife is a very nice high polish stainless steel pocket knife with two blades and a nail tool. It is etched with "Trink Coca-Cola Schutzmarke" on the handle. The large blade is tang stamped "J. A. SCHMIDT & SOEHNE". Measures 2 3/4 inches long. The knife to the left of center is a 2 7/8" closed stainless steel single blade knife with "Enjoy Coca-Cola Regd Trademark" etched on the handle. The knife to the right of center is a 2 7/8" closed single blade knife etched with "Chattanooga Coca-Cola" on the handle.
