This is a vintage, well used Mechanics Jack. The 3 11/16" Mechanics Jack made by George Schrade at the Press Button Knife Co. Patented in 1892. This knife is over a 100+ years old. You don't see these on the market..ever. The handles are well pocket worn and there is a tight crack on the rear scale at the bottom pin, see photo. The blade combination on this one is a spey blade and clip blade. Both blades seat below the liners and both lock up nicely with a little up/down play on the main blade. According to the 'Antique American Switchblades Identification and Value Guide', page 95 they were "made with seven different blade combinations" for this knife model. The knife measures 3 11/16" closed. It is in used condition. A link to a video with this knife is below:
