This knife is a dupe for me now.  I bought this knife from Mike Latham a few years ago.  The knife functions excellent.  Horn is original to the knife.  The blade is roughly an 1/8 of an inch short closed at the tip.  It was reground at the tip.  The blade is full otherwise.  No other issues.  From what I understand from memory, only 100 Latama 13" flat guards were made.  More pictures, videos, and measurements are available.  Buyer can return for refund if not pleased.  I included a pic of the knife on the left in this pic showing blade length next to my other one with full length blade.
