Carried/Used/Sharpened/Polished/Cleaned -- Please see photos for size and condition.
This is a beautiful vintage lockback folder commemorating the Civil War with Liberty and Union carved in the hilt. Fancy "Liberty and Union" engraved on nickel silver bolister & cross guard. Nickel silver butt cap is also nicely engraved. One side of the tang is stamped "I*XL/GEO WOSTENHOLM/SHEFFIELD" and on the reverse tang "JAPAN". Beautiful wood handle scales with brass pins and liners.
