Looking at a 11 in Black Composition SwitchBlade, with a  stainless bayonet blade and swivel bolster. I am leaning towards a Renzo Beltrame made knife as the center pin is raised slightly, with more of a rounded handle than the other's, but not certain between Renzo or Amando Beltram. Blade is stamped Italy over Inox.  The blade fires and locks excellently, the blade does have some light scratches, that I hope you can see in the photos, if you want more photos contact me.  The safety slide, will lock the button, but it seems loose and the safety can slide down. Handle has no cracks or chips might have  some very minimal scuffs. It really is a beautiful knife with a classic look. It fires fast and locks up immediately and holds with no wobble.
